Book three of The Angel Trilogy.  A work of fact-based fiction?

This is a story of some of the unsung heroes of the Great War - the stretcher-bearers, ambulance drivers and others who risked their lives supporting the front-line soldiers. It also covers the now legendary appearance of Angels above a battlefield near the Belgian town of Mons. Was it fact or fiction? The hero of the story meets comrades with conflicting views during his time serving in a front line dressing station on general duties and later as an ambulance driver. True or false it was used by the British government in the propaganda war to prove God was on their side during the war.
