Jane Dunn's first book, Moon in Eclipse: A Life of Mary Shelley, won a Yorkshire Post Award. Reviewing it in The Times , Richard Holmes described her as having 'that sine qua non of the true biographer, an eye for significant detail and the power to fit it into a larger pattern'. She lives in London with her two children.
