Ms. Ford-Martin has a master's degree in writing from DePaul

Jason Baker, MD, is currently an attending endocrinologist and
assistant professor of medicine at Cornell Medical College. He

Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Baker is
