things historical helped to earn her degrees from Smith College and

dog, and a ridiculously large collection of romance novels. A New York
Times bestseller many times over, Eloisa James lives in New York City,
where she is a Shakespeare professor (with an M. Phil. from Oxford). She
is also the mother of two children and, in a particularly delicious
irony for a romance writer, is married to a genuine Italian knight.
Laura Wright is passionate about romantic fiction. Though she's spent
most of her life immersed in acting, singing and competitive ballroom
dancing, when she found the world of writing and books and endless cups
of coffee she knew she was home. She lives in Los Angeles with her
husband and two young children.
