Library and Information Sciences of Myungji University, Seoul, Korea.
Previously, she taught in the Department of Library and Information
Sciences at the University of South Florida. Her specialties are
information services to diverse groups, information seeking behaviors,
service evaluation, and information literacy. She has a repertoire of
published articles in these areas.
