Tehran, Lipstick and Loopholes is a fascinating look at the constraints and contradictions of contemporary life in Tehran from the author's unique standpoint of being both a native of Iran and a foreigner. Nahal Tajadod was born in Tehran in 1960 and moved to France in 1971. She has written several books about China and fictional biography of the Persian poet, Roumi.
