Anya Hayes is a Pilates instructor based in London, and has been
practising Pilates for 10 years. Anya trained with the world-renowned
Body Control Pilates in London, and has a passionate belief in restoring
natural fluid movement and greater wellbeing into busy modern life. In
her teaching Anya hopes to make the life-changing benefits of Pilates
available to all ages and fitness levels, to encourage the overall
health of body and mind. Anya is a member of the Body Control Pilates
Association (BCPA) and The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).
