Arthur L. Jue, D. M., MBA/TM, CCD, is the director of Global
Intelligence and Operations for Organization and Talent Development at
Oracle. He has extensive senior leadership experience in Fortune 100
companies, teaches at the graduate level, speaks frequently, and
publishes widely. He also serves on numerous boards of directors for
non-profit, educational, and financial services organizations.
Jackie Alcalde Marr, MHROD, CPCC, is the director of Organization and
Talent Development for Oracle, North America. She has worked with
Fortune 100 organizations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. She is a
certified leadership, team, and personal coach, and is an adjunct
faculty member at the University of San Francisco, teaching
graduate-level courses in organization development.
Mary Ellen Kassotakis, Ed. D., MBA, CPCC, CPT, leads the Leadership
Development Center of Excellence within Oracle's Global Organization
and Talent Development group. She is certified as a leadership coach
and as a Human Performance Technologist. She is a member of the
Organization Development Network and serves on the International
Leadership Association's Business Executive Committee.
