Dr Dave Reay is a research fellow at the Institute of Atmospheric
and Environmental Science at Edinburgh University. He studies
greenhouse gas emissions in environments ranging from the Southern
Ocean to evil-smelling drainage ditches. He is a reviewer and
columnist for the Times Higher Education Supplement, and the climate
change reporter for BBC Radio Scotland. Dave lives West Lothian with
his wife, two daughters and a Labrador.
